Cancellation & Fee Refund Policy – Asian Global Eduversity
Asian Global Eduversity follows a transparent and fair policy for cancellations and refunds.

1. Course Admission Cancellation (For Students)
Before Course Commencement – Written request required; 10% deduction; refund within 30 working days.
After Course Commencement – No refund; transfer/deferral may be considered.
Online Admission Fees – Non-refundable; transaction charges applicable.
Invalid/Incomplete Information – No refund in case of incorrect or incomplete details.

2. Franchise Registration Cancellation & Refund
Franchise Fee – Non-refundable after payment and agreement initiation; exceptions for verified technical errors.
Franchise Termination – No refund in case of violation of agreement.
Voluntary Withdrawal – 25% administrative deduction before setup.

3. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds processed within 30 working days.
Refunds issued via original payment mode.

Fees are non-transferable.
