Cancellation & Fee Refund Policy – Asian Global Eduversity 🌟
Asian Global Eduversity is committed to transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. This policy outlines rules and conditions for cancellation or refund of fees for students and franchise partners.

1. Course Admission Cancellation (For Students)
• Before Course Commencement: Written application; 10% deduction as admin charge; refund within 30 working days.
• After Course Commencement: No refund; transfer or deferral possible with approval.
• Online Admission Fees: Non-refundable; gateway/transaction charges borne by student.
• University/Board Rejection: No refund if admission rejected due to incomplete/fraudulent documentation.

2. Franchise Registration Cancellation & Refund
• Franchise Registration & Branding Kit Fee: Non-refundable after payment and agreement initiation. Refunds for technical errors after verification.
• Franchise Termination: Violation of agreement results in termination; no refund or compensation. Voluntary withdrawal before setup: 25% administrative deduction.

3. Refund Processing Timeline
• Approved refunds processed within 30 working days.
• Refunds made to the original mode of payment.

4. Important Notes
• Fees are non-transferable to another student, course, or franchise center.
