1. Overview
Asian Global Eduversity is committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and
accountability in all financial matters.
This Student Fee Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which a student
may apply for cancellation of admission and claim a refund of fees.
2. Applicability
This policy applies to all students enrolled in academic, vocational, professional, and skillbased programs offered directly by Asian Global Eduversity or through its affiliated centers
and partner universities/boards.
3. Admission Cancellation & Refund Rules
A. Before Course Commencement
If a student cancels their admission before the commencement of classes, they must
submit a written application for refund via email or hard copy.
A deduction of 10% of the total course fee will be made towards administrative and
processing charges.
The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded within 30 working days after
approval.
B. After Course Commencement
Once the course has started, no refund will be granted under any circumstances.
Students, however, may apply for a course transfer or admission deferment (subject
to management approval and availability).
C. Registration & Application Fees
Registration Fees, Prospectus Fees, and Application Processing Fees are nonrefundable under all circumstances.
Any payment gateway charges or bank fees incurred during transactions will be
borne by the student.
D. Rejection of Admission
In case an admission is rejected due to incomplete documentation, ineligibility, or
false information provided by the student, no refund will be made.
E. Online Courses and Short-Term Programs
Fees paid for online programs, short-term workshops, or certificate courses are
strictly non-refundable once the student has been granted access to the learning
portal or materials.
4. Refund Process
1. The student must submit a written refund request along with proof of payment and
a valid reason for cancellation.
2. The request will be verified by the Accounts Department and forwarded to the
Management Committee for approval.
3. Once approved, the refund amount (if applicable) will be processed within 30
working days.
4. Refunds will be made only to the same account or mode of payment used during the
original transaction.
5. Important Conditions
Fees are non-transferable to any other student, course, or institution.
Refunds will not be provided for students expelled due to disciplinary action,
academic misconduct, or violation of institutional policies.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as government policy changes, natural
calamities, or force majeure), the management’s decision will be final.
The institution reserves the right to amend or modify this policy without prior notice,
subject to regulatory guidelines.
6. Refund Approval Authority
All refund-related decisions shall be approved and authorized by the Finance & Accounts
Department under the supervision of the Management Committee of Asian Global
Eduversity.
