Recognition and Establishment
Asian Global Eduversity is a government-recognized Autonomous institution Collaboration
of A+ Grade University Registered by University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section
2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956, and established under Section 9(1) of the Haryana Registration
and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012 (See Rule 5 and Rule 6).
It is also registered under Sub-Section (2) of Section 7 and Sub-Section (1) of Section 8 of
the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), Government of India.
These recognitions affirm the Eduversity’s commitment to maintaining the highest
standards of governance, transparency, and academic credibility, while contributing to the
national vision of quality higher education for all.
The Eduversity operates in academic collaboration with UGC, AICTE, and NAAC-approved
universities to ensure national and international recognition of all its programs.
